📢 FOLLOW-UP ANNOUNCEMENT
ARAL TUTOR APPLICATION IS NOW OPEN FOR WALK-IN SUBMISSION!
Due to the technical difficulties encountered with the ARAL TutorKo web-based application, particularly during registration and email verification, Kawit Elementary School will shift to a WALK-IN APPLICATION process for the three (3) available ARAL Tutor positions.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank all interested applicants for their patience and understanding.
👩🏫 WHO MAY APPLY?
In accordance with DepEd Memorandum No. 001, s. 2026, the following may be considered for the selection and engagement of ARAL Tutors:
a. DepEd teaching personnel;
b. Remaining LET-eligible applicants in the recent and/or previous Registries of Qualified Applicants (RQAs);
c. Other LET-eligible teacher applicants in the RQAs who did not meet the cut-off score per existing DepEd hiring guidelines;
d. Other LET-eligible individuals in the locality, including but not limited to teachers from private schools, SUCs/LUCs, and other teaching practitioners in the community;
e. Retired professional teachers;
f. Para-teachers who possess relevant experience and competency to provide academic support to learners;
g. Non-licensed education graduates;
h. Pre-service teachers;
i. Other licensed professionals; and
j. Other individuals in the community deemed qualified, competent, and of good character.
📌 IMPORTANT: ASSESSMENT PROCESS
Applicants falling under Items 15(d) to 15(j) who meet the qualifications shall undergo the assessment and selection process prescribed in DepEd Memorandum No. 001, s. 2026.
However, individuals falling under Items 15(a), 15(b), and 15(c) shall no longer undergo assessment, as the prescribed Expression of Intent is sufficient for inclusion in the selection and engagement procedure.
📄 DOCUMENTS TO PREPARE
For applicants under Items 15(d) to 15(j), please prepare the following mandatory documentary requirements:
📌 Expression of Intent using the prescribed template in Annex A
📌 Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) using CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025
📑 SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
The following supporting documents may also be required by the School Head or Screening Committee for purposes of validating qualifications or facilitating the assessment:
📎 Photocopy of Certificate or any proof of LET Eligibility/Rating/License/ID — for licensed teachers or other licensed professionals
📎 Copy of valid PRC permit — for para-teachers
📎 Original Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by an authorized entity:
=Barangay Clearance, or
=Certification from Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs) for pre-service teachers
📎 Any available copy or photocopy of scholastic/academic records, including but not limited to Transcript of Records (TOR)
📎 Photocopy of certificate/s of relevant training, if available

Interested applicants are strongly encouraged to comply with the documentary requirements prescribed under DepEd Memorandum No. 001, s. 2026 and submit their applications personally at the school.
