The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 7, under the esteemed leadership of FCSUPT FRED L TRAJERAS JR., DSC, Regional Director, together with the dedicated personnel of the Medellin Fire Station led by SFO3 Edson C. Dapal, proudly welcomed the enthusiastic learners from Young Einsteins Center for Excellence (YECE) during their Fire Station Visit at the Medellin Fire Station.

Young learners visited the fire station for a fun and educational experience on fire safety and emergency preparedness. Through interactive activities and demonstrations, they learned important lifesaving tips while getting to know our firefighters.

The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 7, under the esteemed leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐋 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐒 𝐉𝐑., 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, proudly spearheaded the Fire Prevention Month 2026 Kick-Off Ceremony, reaffirming its steadfast commitment to public safety and community awareness. In strong collaboration with the dedicated personnel of the Medellin Fire Station led by SFO3 Edson C. Dapal, and in partnership with the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology – Medellin District Jail, the Philippine National Police – Medellin, Cebu Electric Cooperative (CEBECO) Medellin, and the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), the activity marked the beginning of a month-long campaign focused on fire safety education, prevention advocacy, and strengthened inter-agency cooperation. The kick-off event underscored the importance of vigilance, preparedness, and collective responsibility in preventing fire incidents, encouraging every household and establishment to actively support the shared mission of building a fire-safe and disaster-resilient community.
