Batangas Gov Dodo Mandanas will fly to Davao Nov 15-16 for the National Cacao Congress 2023 on Nov 16-17 at SMX Davao at SM Lanang Premier. Many areas in Batangas grow cacao but it is more famous for its Batangas Barako Coffee.
