Hon. Butchick B. Doletin presided over the Joint Committee Meeting (Committee on Education & Culture & Arts & Tourism and Committee on Laws, Human Rights & Justice) held to discuss educational partnership initiatives between the Local Government Unit of Midsayap and Notre Dame of Midsayap College (NDMC).
Present during the meeting were Hon. Chelin Monica J. Araña (Chairman - Comm on Laws), Hon. Christopher D. Jatico(Member - Comm on Education), Hon. Antonio F. Bayya, Jr. (Member - Comm on Finance), Mr. Ronniel Labio (NDMC-VPAA), Mr. Fersan-Jocel C. Sawit (Tourism Operations Officer II), Ms. Imelda D. Morales (OMBO), Mr. Jeric Candedier (NDMC Faculty), Mr. Julius Delfin (NDMC Faculty), Ms. Connie Mhe C. Cuenca (NDMC -DLC Coordinator) and Mr. Roderick
R. Bautista (LLSO IV), served as the resource person, providing valuable insights and clarifications that helped enrich the discussions.
The agendum covered the:
•ENDORSEMENT LETTER FROM HON. MAYOR ROLANDO C. SACDALAN, ENDORSING THE PROPOSED MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LOCAL UNIT OF MIDSAYAP AND NOTRE DAME OF MIDSAYAP COLLEGE FOR THE GRANT OF SEED FUND SUPPORT TO CULTURE AND ARTS PROGRAMS.
Upon deliberation, the Committee favorably endorsed the proposed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for appropriate action by the Sangguniang Bayan.
