The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) warns the public against individuals or groups using the email address [email protected], who are fraudulently using the name of NIA Administrator Engr. Eddie G. Guillen to connect with stakeholders and possibly scam them.

Please be advised that the said email address is not, in any way, connected with Administrator Guillen or the Agency. The public is advised to remain vigilant, refrain from dealing with suspicious individuals, verify information through official channels, and immediately report any fraudulent activities to our office or the appropriate authorities.
