The greatest number of Heart Reactions will receive the SOCIAL MEDIA CHOICE AWARD during the Coronation Night of the Mutya ng Kiwanan 2023 on June 15, 2023, at the Brgy. Kiwanan Covered Court

To vote, follow the steps below:
1. The voting is public for Mutya ng Kiwanan 2023
2. 1 HEART Reaction (♥️) is equivalent to one 1 vote.
3. NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND NO DUMMY ACCOUNTS.
