The orientation for the ๐“๐ฎ๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐  ๐๐š๐ง๐ ๐ก๐š๐ง๐š๐ฉ๐›๐ฎ๐ก๐š๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐š ๐€๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฌ๐š๐๐ฏ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ ๐ž๐/๐ƒ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐š๐œ๐ž๐ ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ (๐“๐”๐๐€๐ƒ)
Program was conducted today at the Tirador Multi-Purpose Gym in Badiangan, intended for OFWs affected by the conflict in the Middle East involving the United States, Israel, and Iran.

The activity was oriented by ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐‰๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐š ๐Œ๐จ๐ ๐š๐ญ๐š๐ซ from the Department of Labor and Employment Iloilo Field Office and attended by PESO Manager ๐€๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐š ๐€. ๐†๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐š together with the presence of the๐๐š๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ ๐š๐ฒ ๐๐„๐’๐Ž. Also present were Iloilo Field Office Head ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐€๐ซ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ง ๐’๐ข๐š๐จ๐ญ๐จ๐ง๐ , TUPAD Focal ๐‰๐š๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ž๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ง ๐‹. ๐Œ๐š๐ ๐›๐š๐ง๐ฎ๐š, and Coordinators๐‰๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐๐ข๐ค๐จ ๐„๐ฌ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š and ๐Œ๐ฎ๐›๐š๐ก๐š๐ซ ๐‡๐ข๐ง๐๐ข๐š๐ง๐š.

Through the continued collaboration of the Local Government Unit and DOLE, programs such as TUPAD remain instrumental in providing immediate assistance and livelihood opportunities to displaced workers and their families. ๐Ÿค

โ›ฝ Habang tumataas ang fuel prices dahil sa mga kaganapan sa Middle East, ramdam din ng maraming workers ang mas mataas na commuting costs.

Isa sa mga maaaring i-consider ng workplaces ay ang Alternative Work Arrangements tulad ng flexible schedules, compressed workweek, at telecommuting.

Tandaan, hindi ito fit for all, pero maaari itong maging option upang makatulong sa pag-manage ng commuting expenses at pagpapanatili ng productivity.

The activity aimed to provide information about the program and its benefits to eligible beneficiaries.
