On September 2, 2026, Tropang Kapatid conducted a tree-planting activity in Barangay Catanusan, Minalabac, planting a total of 200 seedlings along the riverbanks and nearby creeks.
The seedlings planted included:
โข Indian Mango
โข Lubas
โข Rambutan
โข Malakalumpit
โข Narra
As these trees grow, they can help:
โข Reduce soil erosion along riverbanks and creeks
โข Strengthen and protect the soil along waterways
โข Provide shade, fruits, and additional vegetation
โข Improve water absorption and help reduce surface runoff
โข Contribute to a greener and healthier environment
