Alang sa mga habal-habal drivers nga posibleng makadawat sa FUEL SUBSIDY ASSISTANCE gikan sa Cebu Province
✅ GUIDELINES
This program shall cover qualified habal-habal drivers operating within Cebu Province, prioritizing:
• Rural and upland barangays
• Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDA)
• Low-income or indigent drivers
✅ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Must be a resident of Cebu Province
• Active habal-habal driver (full-time or primary source of income)
• Barangay Certification / Attestation as habal-habal driver
• Endorsement from the Barangay Captain or Transport Association (if any) to the City/Municipal Mayor
• Valid and active Driver’s License (Non-Professional or Professional)
Priority shall be given to:
• Indigent drivers (validated through barangay or C/MSWDO database such as 4Ps)
• Solo parents, senior citizens, and PWD drivers
• Drivers with no other source of income and individuals who did not receive national transportation assistance.
❎ Who does not qualify?
The program will not include drivers who belong to the formal transport sector.
These include:
• Drivers and other operators registered with cooperatives or associations.
• Drivers already listed under national subsidy programs
REQUIREMENTS PARA SA PAYOUT
1. Duly accomplished Application Form
2. Barangay Certification / Attestation
3. Valid Driver's License (photocopy)
✅ REMINDERS
1. Ang Barangay igo lamang mag proseso sa inyong application ug ipasa kini namu didto sa provincial capitol. Naa sa ila ang paghashas sa application basi sa mga rekisitos nga gilatid. Dili control sa Barangay sa kung kinsa ang makadawat o di makadawat.
Ang application hangtud Marso 30, 2026 alas 12:00 sa udto.
