The Municipality of Don Victoriano continues to invest in its greatest asset, its youth.

On July 19, 2026, the Local Government Unit successfully conducted the Localized Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) Payout at the Don Victoriano Cold Spring Resort Function Hall, where 21 student beneficiaries received their financial assistance under the Municipality's locally funded student employment program.

The activity was led by Hon. Bertoldo J. Murallon, Jr., Municipal Mayor, together with Honorable Elmer M. Pondra, Municipal Vice Mayor, the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Bayan, department heads, and other municipal officials, highlighting the shared commitment of the local government to creating opportunities that help students continue their education and prepare for a brighter future.

The successful implementation of the program was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), in partnership with the different offices of the Municipality, ensuring that every qualified beneficiary received the support they deserve.

For many students, this assistance represents more than financial support, it is an encouragement to keep striving despite life's challenges. It reflects the Municipality's belief that when young people are given opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed, the entire community benefits.

📢 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT || OFOP - ISKOLAR NG DON VICTORIANO

In accordance with the decision of the Scholarship Council, we are pleased to release the Top 10 Examinees of the Iskolar ng Don Victoriano Scholarship Examination conducted on May 31, 2026.

This announcement recognizes the examinees who obtained the highest scores in the scholarship examination and serves as an initial release of examination results.

The official list of qualified scholarship beneficiaries will be released separately upon completion of the validation and evaluation process by the Scholarship Council, taking into consideration the prescribed qualifications, requirements, and available scholarship slots.

We congratulate our Top 10 examinees for their outstanding performance and commend all applicants for their participation and dedication in pursuing their educational aspirations.
