The Local Government Unit of Don Victoriano successfully conducted the payout for the beneficiaries of the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) through the leadership and support of Honorable Mayor Bertoldo J. Murallon, Jr., Honorable Vice Mayor Elmer M. Pondara, the Members of the Sangguniang Bayan, Municipal Administrator Engr. Robie A. Murallon, PESO Manager Julie Ann Murallon, and the Barangay Captains of the municipality.

This initiative reflects the LGU’s unwavering commitment to empowering the youth by providing financial assistance and valuable work experience to deserving students, helping them pursue their educational aspirations and achieve their goals.
