PAGASA forecasts indicate that heat index levels in some areas around the country may reach extreme levels tomorrow, particularly during late morning to mid afternoon.

According to PAGASA, a heat index of 42°C and above is classified as danger level, where prolonged exposure may increase the risk of heat-related illnesses such as heat cramps, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke.
