Please be informed that the processing of ONLINE PRE-ENROLLMENT for the upcoming semester is scheduled from May 25–29, 2026 only.

All concerned students are advised to complete and process their pre-enrollment within the given schedule, as the enrollment system will automatically close after May 29, 2026.

Failure to process your pre-enrollment within the stated period may result in delays.

To all continuing regular Cenphilians, please be informed of the online pre-enrolment schedule for the first semester of the academic year 2026-2027.

For incoming 1st years, transferees, and Irregular students, enrollment will be conducted on-site, starting on June 8, 2026.

Kindly review the schedule and complete your pre-enrolment within the designated period to ensure a smooth and hassle-free enrolment process.

The deadline for the submission of the Application for Graduation Form has been extended until May 7, 2026.

All prospective graduates who have not yet completed their application are strongly advised to secure and submit the required form to the Office of the Registrar on or before the new deadline.

Please be reminded that failure to comply within the given period will result in exclusion from the official list of graduates.

Please be informed that starting February 2026, the Assessment and Cashier Office will no longer entertain accounts or accept payments related to the Graduate School.

All Graduate School accounts and ledgers have already been turned over and transferred to the Main Campus.

For all Graduate School transactions, please proceed directly to the Main Campus.
