IN PHOTOS | MONCADA HONORS OUTSTANDING YOUTH ACHIEVERS DURING FLAG CEREMONY
The Municipal Government of Moncada, through the 12th Sangguniang Bayan, formally recognized outstanding young Moncadenians during the First Monday Flag Ceremony held today, June 1, 2026, at the Moncada Public Auditorium.
Special Commendation Resolutions were presented by the members of the 12th Sangguniang Bayan in recognition of the exceptional achievements of local youth who have brought pride and honor to the Municipality of Moncada through excellence in sports, academics, and public service.
The honorees were:
๐ ๐๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐๐ฅ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ก ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ณ ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐จ๐, ๐๐๐ โ for placing First in the May 2025 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination.
๐๏ธ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐๐๐ณ โ for graduating Rank No. 5 in the Philippine Military Academy โTalang Dangalโ Class of 2026.
๐ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ง๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐จ ๐๐ข๐๐ ๐จ๐ฌ โ for earning the Player of the Game award in the Premier Volleyball League.
๐ฉโ๐ซ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐จรฑ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฆ๐๐ง โ for placing 9th in the Secondary Level category of the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers.
๐ฎโโ๏ธ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ก๐ฅ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ง ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ โ for graduating from the Philippine National Police Academy โSilang-Paglaomโ Class of 2026 and for being the first female PNPA graduate from Moncada, Tarlac.
The recognition ceremony was graced by Mayor Ramon Benito M. Aquino, Vice Mayor Jessie E. Aquino, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, and Municipal Youth Development Officer Jayvee G. Galletes.
In their respective messages, the local leadership emphasized that the achievements of these young Moncadenians serve as an inspiration to the youth and highlight the outstanding potential, dedication, and excellence found among the people of Moncada.
The conferment of these Special Commendation Resolutions underscores the commitment of the local government to honor and celebrate Moncadenians whose outstanding achievements bring pride, inspiration, and distinction to the municipality. The resolutions were authored and sponsored by MFSK President Erven B. Prado and Councilor Michael B. Uycoco, Chairpersons of the Committee on Youth and Sports Development and the Committee on Education, Tourism, Heritage, and Culture and the Arts, respectively.
