Anchored on the University's commitment to continuous improvement and institutional excellence, the training featured insightful discussions on Decoding the New SUC Leveling Framework, providing a clearer understanding of the evolving standards for state universities and colleges, and Understanding the URS Financial Reality, which highlighted the University's financial landscape and the importance of responsible resource stewardship.

More than an in-service training, the event served as a platform to reflect on our collective journey, evaluate our present direction, strategize for future growth, empower one another through shared knowledge, and embrace transformation as ONE URS.
