Motiong Fire Station personnel, under the supervision of ๐™Ž๐™๐™Š๐Ÿฐ Isagani B Bagasol, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, actively participated in the 2026 Regional Local Governance Champions (RGLC) Validation held at Balay ha Baybayon, Motiong, Samar.

The activity highlighted the municipalityโ€™s commitment to sustainable development, business-friendly governance, public safety, peace and order, environmental management, disaster preparedness, social protection, financial administration, youth development, and tourism heritage development.

The validation served as an opportunity to showcase the municipalityโ€™s various initiatives, programs, and best practices that contribute to building safer, more resilient, and well-governed communities. The Bureau of Fire Protection remains committed to supporting the LGU of Motiong in strengthening fire safety, disaster preparedness, community protection, and the delivery of quality public service.

๐Ÿ“ธ IN PHOTOS: Motiong BFP EMS personnel, headed by SFO4 Isagani B Bagasol, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, together with the Motiong Emergency Response Team (MERT) and PNP Motiong personnel, promptly responded to a roadside vehicular self-accident involving a 62-year-old female in Brgy. 1-A, Motiong, Samar.

Upon arrival at the scene, the responding team found the patient conscious and coherent, lying on the ground with a laceration on her left cheek, abrasions on both arms and feet, as well as tenderness and swelling on her forehead. Immediate first aid was administered, vital signs were recorded, and immediately transported to Samar Provincial Hospital (SPH) for further trauma management and evaluation.
