FARM LOT FOR LEASE
2.8 Hectare (28,000 sq. m.)
Location:
The farm lot is situated at the vicinity of the College of Agriculture, Central Luzon State University, Science City of Munoz, Nueva Ecija.

Purpose:
Establishment of a techno-demo farm or learning site with the purpose of introducing, educating and promoting farming technologies, and conducting other agricultural research and extension activities.
Target Clients:
1. Fertilizers, pesticides and other chemical companies in agriculture
2. Seed companies
3. Other interested parties
Duties of Prospective Lessee:
1. Provide all necessary experimental inputs for all research undertakings in the area.
2. Develop the area to make it suitable for conducting and designing research activities, technology demonstration and promotion for students, farmers and other clienteles.
3. Accommodate interested CLSU students to conduct their thesis and major practice/internship/apprenticeship in the area.
4. Provide monetary allowance to student interns during the conduct of major practice/internship/apprenticeship
5. Offer career opportunities annually to CLSU graduates.
6. Pay the rental fee which will be determined based on the highest offer of interested companies. The minimum bid shall be P100,000.00/ha/year
