*BASIC SERVICES OFFERED BY HOA TO ALL MEMBERS IN*

1. Streetlights

2. Garbage Trash Collection every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

3. Availment of various amenities such as Playgound, Basketball Covered Court, Tennis Court, CCTV, WIFI, PLDT phone etc.

4. Services of Civilian Volunteer Officer (CVO) on duty 24 hrs in three shifting basis every day. a) To ensure security and peaceful community at all times. Roving of Patrol in the vicinity of Ph-3 subdivision four (4) times every day from 8:00am, 5:00pm, 2:00am, 4:00am to monitor and ensure if the premises is safe. Lifting of the boom upon entering/exiting the Phase 3 subdivision for vehicles/tricycles and single motorcycles with updated Unified Sticker
OTHERS:
a. Extending Ayudas for those reported being afflicted by COVID19 in the form of monetary or in kind (food, fruits, medicines etc)

b. Invitation on parties and events during special occasions celebrated annually. Monitoring of Block Coordinators on the problems and damages occurred on every blocks and use the allocated fund intended for the repair of damages subject for liquidation upon completion of the work done. d. Availment of basic commodities in low prices to be managed by Ladies Directors

e. Trimming of tall trees inside vicinity of Ph3 subdivision

f. The old multi-purpose hall will be used for different occasions like birthdays, baptism, senior citizens events and the likes

g. Preparing certificatios for Homeowners securing the following purposes:

a. Barangay ID for HOA residents and helpers
b. Construction permit
c. Telecommunication permit
d. Meralco connections
e. Maynilad connections
f. PLDT connections
g. Vaccines certification
h. Business permit
i. Certification – bonafide member of HOA
j. House repair/renovation
