LOOK | The Visage “Dare to Dream” Fashion Show continues sparking attention and eyes from parents and the entire Bedan community. The said fashion show ended at nine in the evening on April 22, 2026—amplifying the confidence and poise of the show’s participants.

LOOK | Visage showcases their “Dare to Dream” Fashion Show

On April 22, 2026, from 5:00 to 4:00 PM, the Visage Club showcases a fresh and new theme for their grand finale show entitled “Dare to Dream”. The event featured student models of San Beda College Alabang from both the Primary School and High School Department.

Grade 12 student and Visage member Xyrill Timothy opened the event by performing his debut single “I’ll remember” followed by a performance by dance group “Maggie’s Angels”.

The show included a variety of themes such as KPOP, Denim Wear, Summer Wear, Disney Prince and Princesses, Divine Elegance, Debonaires, and many more. In between the program, a few of the school’s alumni made a special appearance, including Jade Vinco and Angela Okol, who were both also featured and given a chance to share a heartfelt speech about their memories with the organization. the Bedan Movers club rocked the stage with an energetic intermission number to entertain the audience.

LOOK | The High School Club and Organization Awarding Ceremony successfully took place on April 23rd at the St. Maur Auditorium, gathering Bedan student leaders in a celebration of excellence and service. The program began at around 1:20 PM and concluded at 2:30 PM, marking a meaningful afternoon of recognition.

From the opening prayer led by Elliana Angustia to the awarding proper facilitated by Doc Jean Ariola, Ms. Aprille Rementilla, and Sir Nikko Endiafe. The ceremony honored the dedication and achievements of club and organization members.

A special congratulations to Filippo Miguel Gonzales and Louie Andrea Linatoc for bringing home the Best Delegate awards. Their victory is a testament to the skill, poise, and diplomatic rigor of the Filipino youth.

Reflecting on the journey, Louie Andrea Linatoc described the experience as “exciting, improvement, and nostalgic”—a defining moment in their academic journey as they represented not only San Beda but the Philippines.

Our moderator, Sir Kit Del Mundo, noted: “Their performance was undeniably exceptional. We sent a delegation of students with less than two Model United Nations experiences, yet they were able to keep pace with more seasoned and highly experienced delegates.

What stood out most was not just their ability to adapt quickly, but their confidence in engaging in discourse and collaborating effectively within their respective committees.

More importantly, they showed resilience and a genuine willingness to learn—qualities that, to me, matter just as much as technical skill. Their performance reflects not only their individual capabilities but also their readiness to grow into future leaders in dialogue and policymaking.”

LOOK | P**a Palooza strides with its Second Volume

The P**a Palooza Concert takes place at the SBCA Football Field from 5 PM to 10 PM. The event is hosted by the IBED High School Parent Teacher Council in coordination with the Tertiary Student Executive Council.

The SBCA PEP Band opens the celebration with school beats, setting the tone for the night. This is followed by live performances from talented student bands such as 9volt, Over the Horizon, DHLIA, and Yakap. After showcasing student talent, the stage transitions to a higher level of performance as IUNO energizes the crowd.

As the professional band wraps up their set, the spotlight shifts to crowd-favorite artists, including I Belong to the Zoo, Bea Lorenzo, and Up Dharma Down.

Beyond music and entertainment, the concert serves as a meaningful gathering that fosters unity and strengthens community spirit within the Bedan community.

NEWS | San Beda College Alabang celebrates its student achievers in the Heroes’ Homecoming 2026, recognizing excellence across academics, leadership, and co-curricular endeavors.

The event highlights the impact of Bedan competitors in the Model United Nations, National and International Robothon, Divisional Schools Press Conference, and Scouting.

Student participants and teacher-coaches are honored for their commitment and contributions in various competitions and initiatives. Their achievements reflect the values of perseverance and integrity upheld by the Bedan community.

“…I’m really thankful for the recognition and tribute that the admins set up for all of us delegates. It really made all the efforts and sleepless nights worth it. Although my team didn’t win any awards, I’m still very thankful for this opportunity that San Beda gave to us and I’m happy to know that the school is still proud of us regardless of the results.” as stated by Romeo Esguerra, Leanbot and VEX representative for the International and National Robothon.

"Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it." Today, as we commemorate Araw ng Kagitingan, we do more than just remember the names of the fallen. We study their courage to ensure we never again find ourselves in the shadows of such sacrifice.

The Fall of Bataan serves as a somber reminder of the cost of freedom. As Bedans, we look to the past to recognize the patterns of the present, learning from every struggle so we can build a future defined by peace, not conflict.

We honor the veterans by being students of their truth.

LOOK | Grade 12 STEM Students Begin Work Immersion at Asian Hospital and Medical Center

ALABANG — On March 18, 2026, Grade 12 STEM students officially began their work immersion through a hospital orientation at Asian Hospital and Medical Center.

The morning session introduced students to the hospital’s background, leadership, room classifications, and essential safety protocols such as PASS and RACE. This was followed by a guided tour of key areas, including various ICUs, the emergency room, triage, pediatric ward, and the hemodialysis center.

Students also took part in a vital signs orientation, where they explored body systems, temperature, pulse, respiration, and performed CPR for both adults and infants, ending with a short assessment.

The activity marked the beginning of their work immersion, giving students a glimpse into real-world healthcare practice.

LOOK | On March 24, Grades 8, 10, & 12 gathered at St. Maur Auditorium for the start of the 2-day Confessio Peccati Et Laudis Bedan Eucharistic Rally.

This 2 day event is student led—namely organized by the Knights and Lillies of the Altar, supported by the Bedan Chronicles, and other IBED and Technical High School students.

This Eucharistic Rally is a meaningful and spiritual event centered on reflection, repentance, and praise.

The rally invited participants to acknowledge their shortcomings while celebrating God’s goodness through worship and the Eucharist. Through prayer, music, and communal participation, the event strengthened faith and encouraged students to deepen their relationship with God.

LOOK | San Beda College Alabang deploys its Grade 12 HUMSS students to Rappler Inc for their Work Immersion on March 23.

The Rappler Newsroom Immersion program began at 8:30 a.m. with a welcoming orientation led by Training Coordinator Jene-Anne Pangue.

Following that, the managing editor for Rappler, Miriam Grace Go, facilitated the first plenary session entitled "The News Gathering Process." The talk emphasized the strict journalism process and highlighted how a journalist’s job does not end at reporting the news but goes beyond it and into community engagement. It further stated that journalism does not create new voices but rather creates a platform to amplify existing voices within the community.

The second plenary session, entitled "Online Media Landscape," was managed by Gemma Mendoza, the head of digital services in Rappler. This talk warns about social media blurring the line between “journalist” and "influencer." With the advent of technology, anyone can copy and storify news articles and pass them on as factual news for clout and views.

Afterwards, Civic Engagement Head Samantha Bagayas gave insights on how Rappler operates and the teams that comprise the organization. She then introduced Researcher Ailla dela Cruz and Multimedia Reporter Patric Cruz, who gave their personal experiences while working in Rappler.

Then, with the help of Multimedia Producer Camile Zarate, toured the students around the Rappler office, detailing the layout, equipment, and facilities that they use when producing multimedia journalism.

Once the tour concluded, the HUMSS students were tasked to create media outputs. They had a choice between writing a blog/essay or producing a video short. Student volunteers presented their works, and Rappler employees gave their constructive comments and feedback, which highlighted learning points.

The Rappler Newsroom Immersion showcases the importance of independent journalism and investigative news in modern society.
