The Commission on Elections โ Education and Information Department joined the twoโday training program on โBuilding Efficient, Professional, GenderโResponsive Barangay Administration Personnelโ held on September 3-4, 2026 at the 11th Floor, Business Building, Rizal Technological University, Mandaluyong City.
Barangay officials actively participated in the sessions designed to strengthen their administrative capacity and reinforce their role as frontliners of public service.
Serving as COMELECโs representative and resource person, Atty. John Rex C. Laudiangco, Spokesperson and Director for Education and Information, emphasized the guiding principle: โWe do not settle for the bare minimum. We demand and deserve excellent public service.โ
Rooted in this call, the SIPAG program empowers barangay personnel to uphold higher standards of governance and ensures that communities receive the quality of service they rightfully deserve.
