Bangsamoro, mayroon po tayong EXPRESS LANE na nakalaan para sa mga Persons with Disability (PWDs), Senior Citizens (SCs), at Pregnant Voters sa darating na September 14, 2026 BARMM Parliamentary Elections.

Ang Express Lane ay matatagpuan sa regular na presinto upang hindi kailangang pumila nang matagal ang mga miyembro ng ating Vulnerable Sector.

Bukod sa Express Lane ay mayroon ding Accessible Polling Place (APP) at Priority Polling Place (PPP) na matatagpuan sa ground floor ng ating mga Voting Center.

Gamitin po natin ang mga benepisyong ito para sa mas maginhawa at maayos na pagboto.

Ang paalalang ito ay hatid sa inyo ng COMELEC Vulnerable Sectors Office.

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) participated in the Regional Conference on Out of Country Voting (OCV) held on 1โ€“2 September 2026 in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka, organized by the Election Commission of Sri Lanka and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES).

COMELEC joined election management bodies from Australia, Bangladesh, the Maldives, and Nepal in sharing experiences, practices, and mechanisms for facilitating the exercise of voting rights by citizens living abroad.

The regional exchange provided an opportunity to share the Philippine experience in overseas voting and learn from the practices of other electoral representatives as countries continue to explore ways to strengthen electoral participation among their citizens overseas.

The Commission on Elections โ€“ Education and Information Department joined the twoโ€‘day training program on โ€œBuilding Efficient, Professional, Genderโ€‘Responsive Barangay Administration Personnelโ€ held on September 3-4, 2026 at the 11th Floor, Business Building, Rizal Technological University, Mandaluyong City.

Barangay officials actively participated in the sessions designed to strengthen their administrative capacity and reinforce their role as frontliners of public service.

Serving as COMELECโ€™s representative and resource person, Atty. John Rex C. Laudiangco, Spokesperson and Director for Education and Information, emphasized the guiding principle: โ€œWe do not settle for the bare minimum. We demand and deserve excellent public service.โ€

Rooted in this call, the SIPAG program empowers barangay personnel to uphold higher standards of governance and ensures that communities receive the quality of service they rightfully deserve.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Ang Accessible Polling Place o APP ay para sa mga Persons with Disability, Senior Citizens, at Pregnant Voters na naglagay ng check mark sa bahagi ng voter registration form kung saan nagpahayag sila ng kanilang intensyong bumoto sa APP noong sila ay nagparehistro bilang botante o nag-update ng kanilang voter records.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Ang Priority Polling Place o PPP naman ay ang itinalagang lugar sa voting center o paaralan para sa ating mga botanteng Persons with Disability, Senior Citizens, at Pregnant Voters na nahihirapang makalakad nang malayo o makakaakyat sa mataas na bahagi ng gusali.

Hindi na kailangang lumayo pa ang ating mga Persons with Disability, Senior Citizens, at Pregnant Voters sa BARMM dahil ang APP at PPP ay matatagpuan lamang sa ground floor ng paaralan.
