All participating laboratories are advised that the Order of Payment (OP) is now available and may be downloaded through your respective NEQAS Registration Portal Dashboards.

Participating laboratories are required to download their OP and settle the applicable participation fee on or before September 30, 2026 through any of the following payment options:

● MAYA - Recommended Payment Option
● LANDBANK ePayment Portal
● Manager's Check
● Modified Disbursement System (MDS)

Good day!

All participating laboratories are advised that the release of the 2025 RITM NEQAS Proficiency Testing (PT) Results for all programs shall be conducted from 03 June 2026 to 17 June 2026.

Participants are encouraged to regularly monitor their respective REDCap Survey Queues for the availability of their PT Results and related program outputs, including:

● Certificates of Performance
● Individual Performance Reports (IPRs)

Participants are also advised to regularly check their email inboxes, including spam or junk folders, throughout the release period.

Due to the high volume of registrations, some applications are still undergoing verification and may remain tagged as "Pending Approval." Participating laboratories that successfully submit their registration on or before 01 June 2026 (Monday), 11:59 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST), shall still be considered for processing.

Please note that Orders of Payment have not yet been issued. A separate advisory on payment instructions and deadlines shall be released. Participants are advised not to make any payment until the corresponding Order of Payment has been issued and the payment period has been officially announced.

An External Quality Assessment Scheme (EQAS) evaluates the performance of participating laboratories by checking the proficiency of the technical staff performing tests and/or assessing the integrity of the entire testing process from sample receipt to releasing of test results.

Participation in EQAS as part of an overall laboratory quality assurance program is required under local regulatory policies for securing a license to operate.

All participants of the RITM NEQAS are advised of the registration schedules for the 2026 Cycle of the RITM NEQAS for Bacteriology, TB Mycobacteriology, Parasitology, Transfusion Transmissible Infections Serology (HIV, Hepatitis B&C, Syphilis, and Malaria), and SARS-CoV-2 programs:
