Training on the Registration Process and Post-Approval Changes of Pharmaceutical Products for Human Use by the Center for Drug Regulation and Research (CDRR)

Training on Technical Requirements and Regulatory Guidelines on Household/Urban Hazardous Substances Products (TR-HUHSP)

This three-day training will provide detailed discussions on the technical requirements and procedure for the issuance of Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) for Categories III and IV HUHS Products.
The training aims to provide information on what HUHS products are and discuss the technical requirements as well as the procedure for the submission of CPR applications, the labeling requirements, risk assessment and its preparation, and different Post Marketing Surveillance (PMS) activities.

Webinar on Licensing of Pest Control Operator Establishments (LS-PCO)

This webinar is intended for all Pest Control Operators (PCO) engaged in the business of household/urban pesticides (HUP) or any other methods/services for pest control. Participants may be owners/ general managers/ authorized representatives of PCO establishments, as well as supervising pesticide handlers, and pesticide handlers.
It aims to provide knowledge to the stakeholders on DOH A.O. No. 2019-0010 or the implementing guidelines on the Issuance of a License to Operate (LTO) as a Household/Urban Pest Control Operator.
Topics include LTO requirements, demonstration of LTO application as a PCO establishment via the FDA eServices Portal, inspection requirements and responsibilities of PCO establishments, supervising pesticide handlers, and pesticide handlers among others.
