Mula sa panunumpa ng tungkulin ng ating Youth and Organization Leaders hanggang sa Muntinlupa Youth Summit 2026, this was more than just a gathering. It was a day of purpose, unity, learning, and leadership in action.
Held on August 21, 2026 at the Muntinlupa Sports Complex, as part of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, with the theme:

With 75 youth and school-based organizations across Muntinlupa City, nagtipon ang mga kabataan mula sa ibaโt ibang backgrounds, experiences, at communitiesโpero may iisa tayong aspiration: ang makabuo ng mas magandang Muntinlupa.
Hindi lang oath-taking at talks ang naganap. Nagkaroon din ng opportunities to connect, learn, share, and participate. Nakatanggap ang mga youth organizations ng sports materials mula sa City Mayorโs Office para makatulong sa kanilang programs and activities. Mayroon ding inspiring talks, raffle, at open forums kung saan malayang nakapagbahagi ng ideas, questions, at insights ang ating mga kabataan.

During the summit, Ms. Ahya highlighted the power of โBuklod.โ
Paalala na ang kabataan ay hindi lang beneficiaries ng programs and opportunitiesโwe are partners in shaping the future of Muntinlupa.
Kapag tayo ay nagkakaisa, nagbu-build ng meaningful connections, at nagtutulungan, every opportunity becomes a bridge toward our dreams and aspirations for our city.

Leadership goes beyond titles and positions.
Ang tunay na leader ay hindi lang marunong mangunaโmarunong din makinig, umunawa, umako ng responsibility, at magsilbi.
Hindi ito tungkol sa kung gaano kataas ang position, kundi kung gaano kalaki ang impact na naiiwan natin sa ating kapwa.
At sa mensahe ni Hon. Mayor Ruffy Biazon, isang powerful reminder ang iniwan niya sa kabataan:
Change begins with ourselves.
Hindi tayo dapat naghihintay lang ng pagbabago. We must choose to become part of creating it.
Because the goal of leadership is not simply to create change.
The goal is to create more leaders who will carry that change forward.
A true leader does not only lead for todayโthey empower, inspire, and prepare the next generation to lead tomorrow.
