🚨EMERGENCY RESPONSE

Nabas MDRRMO, under the administration of Municipal Mayor Hon. James V. Solanoy and leadership of OIC Mr. Angelou G. Flores, RN, responded to a motorcycle self‑accident at Barangay Libertad, Nabas, Aklan last May 29, 2026, at 11:40 PM.

Upon arrival, Team Delta Force found the victim unresponsive, with no detectable pulse or breathing. Assessment indicated possible head and spinal injuries. Pre‑hospital care was provided and the victim was immediately brought to Ibajay District Hospital, where the patient was declared Dead on Arrival (DOA) by the attending physician.

🚨 EMERGENCY RESPONSE

Nabas MDRRMO, under the administration of Municipal Mayor Hon. James V. Solanoy and leadership of OIC Mr. Anjelou G. Flores, RN, responded to a mass casualty self-vehicular accident at Barangay Toledo, in front of Toledo National High School.

➑️ All sustained various injuries; first aid was administered on-site.
➑️ All were transported to Ibajay District Hospital for medical care.
➑️ 5 victims were referred/transferred to APMC Hospital for further treatment.

πŸ“ NARRATIVE REPORT

At around 12:19 H, a call was received from a concerned citizen of Barangay Toledo, Nabas, informing the office about a vehicular accident in front of Toledo National High School. Team Foxtrot EMS immediately responded using a Utility Vehicle driven by Enrico Panlilio, Rescue 3 driven by Elino Bantang, and Rescue 4 driven by Jonathan Bondoc, in coordination with Nabas PNP.

Upon arrival at the scene at 12:23 H, the team secured the area and found 8 victims already being assisted by bystanders. One of the bystanders identified herself as a member of MDRRMO Ibajay. Our responders acknowledged her presence and requested her assistance; she was immediately provided with PPE to help manage and attend to some of the victims.

Assessment was conducted, wounds were cleaned, antiseptic applied, and dressings/bandages were properly placed. Vital signs were monitored throughout. Victims were immediately loaded into the response vehicles and transported to Ibajay District Hospital. While en route, continuous assessment and care were provided.

Upon arrival, all 8 victims were endorsed to the attending physician and nurses with signed Patient Care Records (PCR). Medical advice was given to transfer 5 victims to APMC Hospital for further management.

The team returned to base at around 16:25 H.

As of 2:00 PM today, 05 May 2026, the Low Pressure Area (LPA 05a) being monitored has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is "UNLIKELY" to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, the other Low Pressure Area (LPA 05b) being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has developed into a Tropical Depression.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

As of 8:00 AM today, 05 May 2026, the Low Pressure area (LPA 05a) being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is "UNLIKELY" to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, another Low Pressure area (LPA 05b) is being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and now has a "HIGH" chance of developing into a Tropical Depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (Aborlan, Quezon, Narra, SofronioEspanola), (Malay, Nabas, Buruanga, Ibajay, Tangalan), (Libertad, Pandan), (Sigma, Dao, Mambusao and Cuartero) within the next 30 minutes to an hour.

The above conditions are being experienced in (Cagayancillo), (Panitan and MaAyon) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.
