Adjusted library hours in relation to the conduct of the Baccalaureate Mass on May 26, 2026, and the 53rd Commencement Exercises of BISCAST on May 28 and 29, 2026; and Observance of Eid'l Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) on May 27, 2026.

𝗕𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦

The Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology (BISCAST) strongly urges everyone to remain vigilant against individuals or groups who are fraudulently using the name of the College, its offices, or its employees to conduct unauthorized or deceitful activities.

We have received reports of scammers and impostors misrepresenting themselves as BISCAST officials, staff, or affiliates to deceive the public for personal gain.

In this regard, please be guided by the following:

1. DO NOT engage in any suspicious or unverified transactions made in the name of BISCAST.
2. This includes ALL forms of transactions, such as financial payments, donations, solicitations, partnerships, data requests, procurement offers, and other official dealings.
3. DO NOT send money, provide personal or sensitive information, or enter into agreements without proper verification.
4. ALWAYS VERIFY all communications, requests, and transactions directly with the BISCAST Administration.
5. Be cautious of messages received via social media, text, or email that appear urgent, unofficial, or inconsistent with standard institutional procedures.

Please be advised that the College does not authorize any individual or group to conduct transactions on its behalf without proper documentation and official approval.

Let us remain vigilant and work together to protect our community from fraudulent activities.

𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | 𝗔𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲

Pursuant to Administrative Memorandum No. 077, s. 2026, all employees are hereby advised of the adjusted office reporting schedule in observance of the regular holiday on May 1.

From April 27 to 30, 2026, all employees shall follow the temporary work schedule of 8AM to 5PM.

Non-teaching personnel under work-from-home arrangements are expected to continue observing their duly approved schedules.

The regular 7AM to 6PM office schedule will resume in the following week.

To all our valued stakeholders:

Please be informed of the following adjustments to BISCAST operations in observance of the upcoming Holy Week:

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟯𝟬–𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆–𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆): Office transactions will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆): A Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement will be implemented. As such, there will be no onsite office transactions.

These adjustments are in line with Administrative Memorandum No. 65, s. 2026 and the declaration of April 2–3, 2026 (Maundy Thursday and Good Friday) as regular holidays.
