✨ MALIGAYANG PAMBANSANG ARAW NG MGA BAYANI ✨

Ngayong Pambansang Araw ng mga Bayani 2026 na may temang “Diwa ng Kabayanihan, Lakas ng Sambayanan,” nakikisama ang Pambansang Komisyon sa Kabataan sa pag-alala ng tapang, sakripisyo, at pagmamahal sa bansa ng ating mga bayaning naghubog sa ating kalayaan. 🤝🏻

Alalahanin natin na ang totoong pagiging bayani o kabayanihan ay hindi lamang nakasulat sa mga pahina ng kasaysayan—nabubuhay rin ito sa ating mga desisyon at gawain araw-araw. 💙

Sa kabataang Pilipino, maging handa tayong tumulong sa kapwa, manindigan para sa tama, manguna tayong may layunin, maglingkod nang may malasakit, mahalin natin nang buong puso ang ating bansa, at gamitin ang ating kakayahan at tinig para sa pagbabago. ✊

Ngayon, tayo'y mag-alala, maggunita, at magpatuloy sa pamana ng ating mga bayani—nawa'y tayo'y maging bayani ng ating kinabukasan. 🇵🇭

📢 SK Advisory No. 2026-P011

The National Youth Commission (NYC) has issued SK Advisory No. 2026-P011, entitled "Reiteration on the Strict Compliance with DBM–DILG–NYC Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. of 2025, on the Appropriation, Release, Planning, and Budgeting of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Funds."
This Advisory reiterates the policies governing the release, deposit, management, and accountability of SK Funds. It also provides guidance on the timely and automatic release of SK funds, the establishment of SK current accounts, the proper handling of funds in the absence of a bank account or quorum, and the responsibilities of both barangay and SK officials in ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with existing laws and issuances.

All SK Officials, Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) Members, and Local Youth Development Officers (LYDOs) are encouraged to review the Advisory and ensure strict compliance with the applicable guidelines on the management and utilization of SK Funds.
