• 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟳 marks the Birth anniversary of the late 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 "𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞" 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐨 (born May 27, 1958). The multi-awarded former Secretary of the Interior and Local Government and Mayor of Naga City.

• 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐰𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧 (𝐒𝐊𝐊 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) in Naga City was established in March 1996, It was formed through the efforts of Ruel Barrios after his term as Sangguniang Kabataan Federation (SKF) President. This initiative received approval from the late City Mayor Jesse Robredo, who served as the SKK Adviser, while Barrios assumed the role of SKK Over-all Chairman.

Last April 15, 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Francisco, Naga City, headed by SK Chairperson Hon. Zaldy D. Bragais, called for the election of the First Barangay Youth Development Council (BYDC) as mandated by the Naga City Ordinance No. 2025-0732 also known as the "Barangay Youth Development Council in Naga City" authored by the SK Federation President and City Councilor Hon. Jefson Romeo Felix.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗩𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔 𝗕. 𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗔 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗗 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗢 𝗥𝗔𝗣𝗛𝗔𝗘𝗟 “𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗖𝗢” 𝗕. 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗢𝗙 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗬 𝗦𝗔𝗡 𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗢 𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗬, 𝗦𝗘𝗧, 𝗪𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗕𝗬 𝗞𝗢𝗡𝗥𝗔𝗗-𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗔𝗨𝗘𝗥-𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗚 (𝗞𝗔𝗦) 𝗧𝗢𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗦𝗞 𝗙𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗔 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬.

Last April 20, 2026, President Vannessa B. Dela Trinidad and External Vice President Chicco General of the Sararong Kajovenan para sa Kauswagan (SKK), Barangay San Francisco, Naga City, qualified as International Topnotchers of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Ready, Set, Win Workshop for Young Leaders.

President Vannessa B. Dela Trinidad and External Vice President Chicco General represented the youth of Barangay San Francisco, Naga City at the Ready, Set, Win Workshop for Young Leaders by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) and the SK Federation of Naga City held on April 25–26, 2026.

This proves that the Youth of Barangay San Francisco are Excellent and the Hope of our Barangay.
