The College Red Cross Youth Councilโ€“Calabanga (CRCYCโ€“Calabanga) continued its activities on Day 2 with the Orientation and Interview for aspiring volunteers, providing interested students with an opportunity to learn more about the organization, its mission, responsibilities, and commitment to humanitarian service.

The orientation introduced the aspiring volunteers to the values, principles, and responsibilities expected of a Red Cross Youth volunteer. This was followed by an interview designed to better understand their motivation, commitment, willingness to serve, and readiness to become part of the organization.

Beyond recruitment, the activity served as a starting point for building a new generation of volunteers who are prepared to learn, respond, and serve their community.

As new faces step forward, CRCYCโ€“Calabanga looks forward to welcoming individuals who share the same spirit of volunteerism, compassion, preparedness, and service to humanity.

CRCYCโ€“Calabanga volunteers were assigned to provide support throughout the activity, remaining on standby and ready to respond to the needs of the participants while helping promote their safety and well-being.

The activity served as an opportunity to welcome students to another academic year while emphasizing the importance of well-being, academic preparedness, personal excellence, and respect for diversity within the university community.
