📢 MOBILE BIRTH REGISTRATION FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PWDs)

Bilang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Persons with Disability Month at 48th National Disability Rights Week, inaanyayahan namin ang lahat ng mga Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) at kanilang mga pamilya na makibahagi sa Mobile Birth Registration na gaganapin upang mailapit ang serbisyong sibil sa ating komunidad.

The last day for filing of Marriage License applications is June 8, 2026.

For couples applying through an Affidavit of Cohabitation, the last day for submission is June 11, 2026.

The Charter Day Mass Wedding is also open to couples who are not residents of Naga City. Couples from neighboring municipalities and other areas may also join and avail of this special opportunity, provided that they can present a valid Marriage License or Affidavit of Cohabitation.

📢 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Please be informed that due to the renovation of the City Civil Registry Office, as well as the transfer and arrangement of archives and documents, our office will be temporarily relocated to the Arts, Culture and Tourism Office (ACTO), Room 113, starting tomorrow, Monday, May 25, 2026, until further notice.

We would also like to inform the public that, due to the ongoing organization and management of our archives, requests for Certified True Copies (CTC) filed this week may experience delays. The release schedule for requested documents will be as follows:

• Requests filed on Monday (May 25, 2026) – release on Tuesday of the following week
• Requests filed on Tuesday (May 26, 2026) – release on Wednesday of the following week

We sincerely ask for your patience, understanding, and cooperation during this temporary transition period.
