Trash for Treats 2”
1. Every district youth council will be given an amount of Php________ to finance a feeding and catechesis program in a chosen barangay or community in their district.

2. The activity will be implemented on all Saturdays of the months of October and November and will be managed by the respective district youth council, participated by youth volunteers from said districts and monitored by the assigned district youth director.

3. A complete documentation report should be done throughout the implementation of the project for purposes of evaluation and accountability. It should include the following:
a. Financial report of the expenses incurred by the activity
b. List of names and attendance of the recipients of the program
c. List of names and attendance of the youth leaders and volunteers present during the weekly implementation.
d. Short narrative report of the proceedings and pictures taken during the project implementation.

4. On December 6, 2015, which is the Sunday before the celebration of the feast of the Immaculate Conception, all district youth council leaders will meet with the CCY Director and staff for presentation of reports.

1. To expand the teaching aspect of the CCY program.
2. To start evangelizing in the earlier stage of youthful development.
3. To instill love of neighbor among youth volunteers.
4. To develop sense of responsibility among young leaders.

The participants will accomplish and submit the Pre-registration Form(PRF) and pay the solidarity fee and submit Parent or Guardian's Permit to the MYC 2015 Secretariat Committee on August 31 to September 5,2015 @ JP II Youth Center, Naga City
