The Zamboanga Sibugay Police Provincial Office continues to sustain its no-let-up campaign for school safety and security through intensified school visitations and community engagements conducted across the province.
Resource speakers from the ZSBPPO and other police units also intensified school engagements through symposiums, simulation exercises, and security assessments and evaluations of existing school safety and security plans, engaging parents, students, school administrators, teachers, and other school personnel.
The activities aim to empower educational institutions with appropriate preventive measures before untoward incidents occur and instill proper and timely responses during emergencies and other eventualities to ensure the safety and well-being of the school community.
These efforts are complemented by regular police visibility and presence within and around school premises to help deter potential threats and maintain a safe learning environment.
PCOL BARNARD DANIE V DASUGO, Provincial Director, underscored the importance of sustained coordination and proactive engagement with educational institutions and other stakeholders in ensuring school safety.
ZSBPPO remains committed to creating a safe, secure, and peaceful learning environment for every student, teacher, and school personnel across Zamboanga Sibugay.
