On behalf of Municipal Childrens Association of Nagcarlan, we extend our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and the entire BCA Sta. Lucia Nagcarlan Laguna on the passing of Niña Moira Decal.

Moira was a shining example of a young leader — with a heart to serve, the courage to lead, and the compassion to care for others. Despite her young age, she proved that true leadership is not measured by years, but by dedication and love for community and service.

Though her time with us was short, the impact she left is profound. Her hard work, her smile, and her dreams for the people will forever remain in our hearts.

Farewell, BCA President of Barangay. Sta. Lucia. Your legacy of service will live on through us. From MCA Nagcarlan, we stand with you in prayers and in grief.

Happy Pride Month, Bayan ng Nagcarlan! ❤🏳‍🌈

Sa patuloy na pagsugpo sa mga karahasan, diskriminasyon at panghuhusga ay ating samahan ang mga kapwa nating parte ng LGBTQIA + sa pagsusulong ng kanilang mga karapatan. Atin ding bigyang pasasalamat ang mga matatapang na taong nagsusulong at lumalaban para sa karapatan, hindi lang nila kundi ng bawat isa.
