The establishment of the SKIT signifies the Sangguniang Kabataan’s commitment to ensuring an orderly, transparent, and accountable inventory of all government-owned properties, equipment, records, and other assets under its custody in preparation for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections. In accordance with existing laws, rules, and regulations, the team shall undertake the inventory process with utmost diligence, accuracy, and integrity to facilitate the proper documentation, safeguarding, and turnover of public properties.

Through this initiative, the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Poblacion I Nagcarlan, Laguna reaffirms its unwavering commitment to the principles of good governance, transparency, accountability, and institutional continuity. By upholding these standards, we ensure that public resources are responsibly managed and preserved in the best interest of the youth and the community.

All qualified aspirants are required to attend the Mandatory Orientation and Contract Signing on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM, to be held at the 2nd Floor, Nagcarlan Presidencia.

Qualified aspirants are also required to submit the following documentary requirements:
• Photocopy of ID
• Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) 2026
• Barangay Certificate of Residency

Only those who complete the mandatory orientation, accomplish the contract signing, and submit all required documentary requirements shall be officially confirmed as the Official Candidates of Binibining Ana Kalang 2026.
