WHERE CAN YOU GET A VOTER'S CERTIFICATION?
You can only get the LOCAL Voter’s Certification at:
- Office of the Election Officer (OEO) where you are registered.
- COMELEC National Central File Division (NCFD), Cabildo Street cor. A. Soriano Avenue, Intramuros, Manila
