​Pursuant to Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 131, classes at all levels shall adopt an alternative learning mode, unless otherwise directed by the Local Chief Executives.

Moreover, government offices are directed to implement alternative work arrangements.

This is in anticipation of the continued heavy rainfall due to the enhanced Southwest Monsoon.

𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

In commemoration of Ninoy Aquino Day on August 21, 2026 (Friday), a special non-working holiday, work in the offices of the Municipal Government of Naguilian from August 17 to 20, 2026 (Monday to Thursday), shall be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This arrangement is intended to ensure the continuity of government services while observing the declared holiday.

Due to the improved weather conditions and to ensure the continuity of learning, the 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗯𝘆 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆).

All public and private schools at all levels in the Municipality of Naguilian shall resume face-to-face classes tomorrow.

All school heads are directed to ensure the readiness, safety, and well-being of learners as they return to the usual learning modality.

The safety and welfare of our learners remain our utmost priority. We encourage everyone to remain vigilant and continue to observe necessary safety precautions.

Due to the continued heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), face-to-face classes in all levels, both public and private schools in Naguilian, are suspended from August 11 to 14, 2026.

Classes will continue through alternative learning modes. Learners are encouraged to stay connected with their respective schools and accomplish assigned learning activities.
