𝗣𝗨𝗟𝗦𝗢 𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰: Nagsagawa ng isang independent at non-commission survey ang Hyphothesis Philippines noong December 17-30, 2023 na mayroong 10,000 respondents mula sa iba't ibang panig ng Lalawigan ng Isabela upang alamin ang Job Performance ng mga Mayor.

Nanguna si Dr. Jay Diaz ng Ilagan City na nakakuha ng 94.1%, pumangalawa si Mayor Christopher Mamauag ng Cabagan na nakakuha ng 93.7%, sinundan ito ni Mayor Joelle Panganiban ng Angadanan na nakakuha ng 93.4% job performance rating.

Bagama't ang Lungsod ng Santiago ay kabilang sa Independent City, atin pong inalam ang Job Performance ni City Mayor Sheena Tan at nakakuha siya ng 78.3% o pang 29 mula sa 37 na municipalidad/lungsod.

Ang survey na ito ay bahagi ng "PULSO NG BAYAN" na ang mga respondent ng survey ay pawang mga rehistradong botante na nasa edad na 18 hanggang 70 at nakatira sa lalawigan ng Isabela.

Ang sampling margin of error ay +1/-1 poryento na may antas na 95% na antas ng kumpiyansa. Sila ay random na pinili at ang bilang ng tumugon sa bawat lungsod ay ibinahagi ng patas batay sa datos ng populasyon sa pagboto.

Ang PULSO NG BAYAN 2024 ay repleksyon ng boses ng mga Pilipino na nagbibigay ng magandang pananaw at daan para sa pagtugon ng pamamahala na naayon sa mga pangangailangan at adhikain ng mga tao.

📣 𝙉𝙀𝙒𝙇𝙔 𝙀𝙇𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙀𝘿 𝙎𝙆 𝙊𝙁𝙁𝙄𝘾𝙄𝘼𝙇𝙎, 𝙃𝘼𝙉𝘿𝘼 𝙆𝘼 𝙉𝘼 𝘽𝘼 𝙋𝘼𝙍𝘼 𝙎𝘼 𝙎𝙆𝙈𝙏 𝙎𝙀𝘼𝙎𝙊𝙉?

This is it, Kabataang Isabeleño! As provided in Section 28 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, as amended by RA 11768, “any Sangguniang Kabataan official, whether elected or appointed, or any member of the Local Youth Development Council must undergo the mandatory training programs before he or she can assume office”, we present you the schedule of our SKMTs in the different cities and municipalities in the Province of Isabela starting today, November 5 until November 15, 2023.

Pursuant to this, the National Youth Commission issued an approved guidelines both for the conduct of the mandatory training for SK and LYDC members and the accreditation of Local Youth Development Officers and his/her staff as Training Managers during the SKMT which the Department of the Interior and Local Government supported through Memorandum Circular No. 2023-156 dated October 24, 2023.

So if you’re one of the newly-elected SK Officials in your locality, you may contact your respective Local Youth Development Officers and Training Managers to know more about the trainings such as the time, venue, registration (if any), etc.
