— Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Quezon officially opens the profiling for the 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 for qualified youth beneficiaries.

This initiative aims to help students prepare for the incoming academic year with the necessary school materials that may ease a portion of their educational expenses.

𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒆𝒅 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒃𝒆:
• Residents of Barangay Quezon,
• Aged 15 to 30 years old, and
• Currently enrolled for A.Y. 2025–2026 or processing their enrollment for A.Y. 2026–2027 in ALL levels (High school, college, or post-graduate).

The profiling period will run until 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 only. Applicants are encouraged to submit their information within the given timeframe for proper assessment and validation.

Through this initiative, the Sangguniang Kabataan Quezon continues its commitment to supporting programs that promote accessible education and youth development within the community.

— 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞: 𝗦𝗞 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Quezon, Naguilian, Isabela, initiated the installation of fifteen (15) customized street pole signages on the street corners of the seven (7) puroks of Barangay Quezon, which was finished on May 7, 2026.

This project, which is funded based on the 2026 Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP), aims to mark each purok/zone for its easier recognition and direction.

— In partnership with the NSTP students of Isabela State University - Cauayan Campus—in compliance with their community-based immersion program, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Quezon, Naguilian, Isabela, conducted a house-to-house Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Profiling around Barangay Quezon, Naguilian, Isabela, on April 19, 2026 and May 3, 2026. For Kabataang Quezonians who were not around during the said profiling dates, their parents or other family members provided their information on their behalf.

KK Profiling aims to assess the demographic information of the KK or Quezonians who are within the age group of 15 to 30 years old and to trace whether there are currently Out-of-School Youths in the Barangay.

Moreover, the information gained will be used to create a database for the KK, which will be used as a basis for the recipients of free school supplies and other SK activities.

Mangyaring gabayan ng mga sumusunod na tagubilin:

1. Registration
Ang mga kwalipikadong mag aaral ay maaari nang magsimula ng kanilang rehistrasyon sa pamamagitan ng BRO Ed Online Portal. Matapos makumpleto ang registration, i generate at i print ang BRO Ed Application Form.

Mahalagang Paalala:
Habang hinihintay pa ang pag upload ng validated list sa portal, pinapayuhan ang mga mag aaral na i print, sagutan, at isumite ang temporary BRO Ed Form kasama ang mga kinakailangang dokumento. Kapag ganap nang available ang portal, kinakailangan pa ring magsagawa ng online registration upang matiyak na ang bawat mag aaral ay may opisyal na profile sa system.

Ang mga aplikante ay kailangang magsumite ng mga sumusunod na dokumento kasama ang printed na BRO Ed Application Form:

a. Liham sa Gobernador na naglalaman ng buong pangalan ng mag aaral, kursong kinukuha, antas o year level, paaralan, dahilan ng pag aapply, at paliwanag kung bakit siya karapat dapat tumanggap ng scholarship
b. Assessment o Enrollment Form para sa 1st Semester AY 2025-2026
c. Certificate of Indigency
d. Grades
• Para sa mga first year students: Photocopy ng High School Card
• Para sa mga higher year students: Certificate of Grades para sa 2nd Semester AY 2024-2025 (orihinal na kopya, pirmado at may selyo o stamp ng paaralan)
e. 2 x 2 ID picture
f. Voter’s Certificate

3. Pagsusumite
Ang mga kumpletong application form at mga dokumento ay dapat isumite sa SK Chairperson, na siyang mag eendorso nito sa Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) o sa SK Federation President (SKFP), sa o bago ang Enero 14, 2026.

4. Pinal na Endorsement
Ang LYDO o ang SK Federation President ang magsasagawa ng konsolidasyon at magsusumite ng lahat ng aplikasyon at mga kalakip na dokumento sa Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO).

Paalala:
Ang mga mag aaral na kabilang sa mga kategoryang "Additional", "Old Non-Marginalized", at "Old Marginalized" na nakatapos na ng kanilang renewal sa pamamagitan ng BRO Ed Portal ay hindi na kinakailangang magsumite pa ng mga dokumento.

Sa lahat ng OLD scholars na nakapag renew na sa BRO Ed Portal ngunit hindi kasama sa listahan, huwag mag alala. Ang inyong renewal application ay kasalukuyang pinoproseso at bineberipika na sa pamamagitan ng BRO Ed system.
