In Loving Memory of Our Guide, Our Leader, Our Father๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

It is with heavy hearts and profound gratitude that we look upon the memory of Hon. Rizaldy Bartolome (December 26, 1969 โ€“ June 16, 2026).

While this portrait captures his dignity as a leader, those who knew him best remember the beautiful humility behind the title. His ultimate crowning achievement wasnโ€™t found in politics or paperworkโ€”it was found in the way he became a true father to his barangay, leading not from above, but from the heart.

To his community, he was so much more than a Barangay Captain. He was a protective guardian who walked among his people as an equal, a listening ear always ready to hear the smallest worry, and a steady hand in times of trouble. He watched over his neighborhood with the fierce protection and unconditional love of a parent, ensuring that no one was left behind and every resident felt safe, heard, and cared for. His humble leadership meant he never sought praise; his only reward was seeing his community safe and united. It wasn't just about governanceโ€”it was an act of pure, selfless devotion to his extended family.

The physical presence of our community's father may be gone, but the profound love, quiet wisdom, and comfort he provided will echo in our streets and hearts forever.

Rest in peace, Kap. Your humility was your strength, your love for your people was your legacy, and your place as the father of our barangay will live on in every life you touched.

Our deepest thoughts, tears, and prayers are with his family and the entire community grieving the loss of a truly irreplaceable man.

With profound sorrow and heavy hearts, we join the entire community in mourning the passing of our beloved Punong Barangay, ๐‡๐จ๐ง. ๐‘๐ข๐ณ๐š๐ฅ๐๐ฒ ๐†. ๐๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž. His departure leaves a deep void in the hearts of the people he faithfully served, but his legacy of dedication, compassion, and selfless leadership will forever remain a guiding light for Barangay Burgos.

Hon. Bartolome exemplified what it meant to be a true public servant.
