Pursuant to 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲-𝟬𝟭, the 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘅𝗮𝘀, 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗮, hereby formally constitutes and presents the members of the 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 (𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗧).

The creation of the SKIT is undertaken to ensure the 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿, 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of all government-owned properties, equipment, records, documents, and other assets entrusted to and under the custody of the Sangguniang Kabataan.

In preparation for the forthcoming 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, the Inventory Team shall undertake the necessary inventory procedures in accordance with 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝘄𝘀, 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀. The Team shall ensure that all properties and records are properly identified, verified, documented, safeguarded, and accounted for, and that the necessary turnover is duly facilitated in accordance with prescribed procedures.

The establishment of the SKIT further underscores the commitment of the 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘅𝗮𝘀 to uphold the fundamental principles of 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Through this undertaking, the Sangguniang Kabataan ensures that all public properties and records entrusted to its custody are properly accounted for and preserved, thereby promoting responsible governance and ensuring an orderly transition in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
