LARIKHA INTRAMURAL MEET 2025 🏆✨

The Larikha Intramural Meet 2025 was an experience I will always carry with me. From the moment the activities began, I could already feel the excitement, unity, and creative spirit that filled the entire campus. It wasn’t just a series of competitions it was a celebration of talent, teamwork, and school pride.

One of the highlights for me was witnessing how each event showcased a different kind of skill and discipline. In the gymnasium, the Bench Cheering and Dance Sport competitions revealed how much effort and coordination each performance required. Every cheer, every turn, and every formation showed the importance of teamwork and precise blocking. It made me realize that performances don’t just rely on talent; they depend on communication, planning, and trust among teammates.

Sayawit and Modern Dance were also inspiring to watch. The creativity, emotion, and storytelling behind every movement reminded me that dance is not only about steps it’s also about expressing feelings and connecting with the audience. Meanwhile, the Runway and Mr. & Ms. Intrams brought confidence and poise to the stage, proving that presentation is a form of art on its own.

At the Grandstand, the atmosphere was different but equally powerful. The Yell Competition filled the space with energy and team spirit, while Indakwento combined narrative and choreography in a way that truly captured everyone’s attention. These events taught me how important unity and organization are in creating a strong and meaningful performance.

Larikha Intramural Meet 2025 taught me many lessons not only about sports, arts, and competition, but also about patience, teamwork, and self-improvement. The friendships formed, the memories made, and the lessons learned will all stay with me long after the event has ended.

🌾 My Experience in the 22nd Palay Festival 2025 in Narra, Palawan

The 22nd Palay Festival 2025 in Narra, Palawan was an unforgettable celebration that perfectly captured the heart and soul of the town. As someone who witnessed the event firsthand, I can truly say that it was a vibrant and meaningful experience one that celebrated not only the bountiful harvest but also the unity, talent, and culture of the Narranons.

The moment the festival began, the whole municipality came alive with energy and excitement. The streets were filled with colorful decorations, banners, and smiling faces that reflected the pride of the community. The opening ceremonies were thrilling, especially with the basketball and volleyball tournaments that brought together participants from different barangays. It was amazing to see everyone cheering for their teams, creating an atmosphere of sportsmanship and camaraderie.

Throughout the festival, Narra transformed into a lively hub of activities. Food stalls, garden shows lined the streets, kayaking in lagoon, offering local delicacies and showcasing the creativity of the people. I especially enjoyed visiting the booths that displayed agricultural products and handmade crafts, which proved how resourceful and talented the locals truly are. One of the most heartwarming moments was the boodle fight, where everyone locals and visitors alike shared a simple meal together. It was a beautiful reminder of how food can unite people.

This event was not only historic but also deeply meaningful, as it represented hope and progress for Narra’s farmers. Watching the parade that followed, with its colorful costumes and lively performances, made me feel proud to be part of a community that values hard work and honors its agricultural roots.

Another unforgettable part of the festival was the Mutya ng Narra Pageant, where the candidates showcased grace, intelligence, and confidence. The event was filled with elegance and excitement, and the grand coronation night truly captured the beauty and spirit of Narra.

What made the Palay Festival truly special was how it honored the people who keep Narra thriving the farmers and fishers. The Piging ng Magsasaka at Mangingisda, Livestock and Poultry Expo, and Indigenous People’s Celebration were heartfelt events that highlighted the community’s connection to nature and tradition. Each story shared and each exhibit presented showed the dedication, perseverance, and resilience of those who work the land and sea.

As the days went on, the festival continued to surprise and entertain. From the Farmaging Race and Nutri-Zumba Challenge to the Youth Jam and Acoustic Nights, every activity brought joy and togetherness. The Motocross Competition added excitement and adrenaline, while the Celebrity Concert on the final night wrapped up the celebration in a truly unforgettable way. Hearing the new town march for the first time filled everyone with pride and emotion it was the perfect ending to a month long celebration of life, culture, and unity.

Experiencing the 22nd Palay Festival 2025 reminded me that Narra is more than just the “Rice Granary of Palawan.” It is a community that grows not only crops but also dreams, creativity, and love for one another. The festival was a testament to the strength and unity of the people, who continue to celebrate their roots while embracing progress and innovation.

As the lights dimmed on the final night and the crowd cheered in joy, I felt a deep sense of pride and gratitude. The 22nd Palay Festival was not just an event it was an experience of belonging, celebration, and hope. Mabuhay ang Bayan ng Narra, Palawan! 🌾💚

The Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) students of PSU Narra celebrated World Tourism Month with the theme “Tourism and Sustainable Transformation.” On October 3–4, filled with activities that promoted fun, learning, and unity.

The celebration opened with a Color Fun Run and a clean-up drive, emphasizing environmental awareness and community engagement. Participants also enjoyed free lugaw, creating a sense of camaraderie. On the second day, students competed in the Laro ng Lahi and various competitions such as Get Ready With Me, Pamphlet Making, Online Photography, Tourism Got Talent, and Promotional Video contests. The Mr. and Ms. Tourism 2025 Pageant, Singing, and Modern Dance Competitions further showcased the students’ creativity and passion.

The last day of events included Extemporaneous Speech, Quiz Bee, Spelling Bee, and a Cultural Dance Competition, highlighting intellect and cultural appreciation. The celebration concluded with an Acquaintance Party at Center Point, where students shared an elegant dinner and witnessed the awarding ceremony and also because of the Teamwork and unity are the foundations of every successful group. When individuals work together with trust, respect, and shared goals, they can achieve far more than they could alone. Unity strengthens relationships and builds a sense of belonging, while teamwork allows each member to contribute their unique strengths. Through cooperation, open communication, and mutual support, challenges become easier to overcome and success becomes a collective achievement. True teamwork means not just working side by side, but standing together with one heart and one purpose. Tribu Ardilya (4th Year) earning 2nd Overall Champion. The event fostered sustainability, teamwork, and pride in tourism.

Visitors don’t just come here to relax they also get a chance to learn about sustainable farming and the importance of caring for the environment.

One of the best experiences is spending time by the riverside. Families and groups can enjoy swimming in the cool, clear water or simply sit by the banks while listening to birdsong. These experiences remind visitors of the value of living close to the land.

The riverside itself is one of the farm’s greatest treasures. Its clear waters invite everyone to swim, play, or simply sit quietly at the banks. Families often gather here, finding joy in the simplest activities such as picnics or storytelling under the trees. These experiences are not only fun but also grounding, reminding us of the beauty of simple living.

Visiting Agong Ungay Riverside & Eco Farm is more than just a trip it’s a reminder to appreciate life’s essentials: clean air, fresh food, and the healing presence of nature.
