These are some of the words uttered by the guest speaker whose hope for the youth is to continue supporting the "sandigan ng mga kabataan" or the whole katipunan ng kabataan.

This is the night where the youth's achievements are honored, recognized, and amplified. The celebration entails their majestic journey in academics, extra-curricular activities, careers, and others. It's their night to be known, it's their night to be heard, it's their night where we should be proud of them.

They continuously giving pride to the small community of Rivadavia, making its way to a larger stage. This celebration is not just about their intelligences, but also their dedication, hardwork, perseverance, and commitment in achieving their dreams. They never gave up, they still thrive—hearts that matter.

Congratulations to all the awardees! The Sangguniang-Rivadavia is very proud of you. May you continue giving light to the community with your active participation and involvement with the programs and activities that we give.

We would like to thank all the people behind this successful event, especially to the Sangguniang Kabataan-Rivadavia Council headed by the ever-active Chairperson Aira Lozano, together with her SK Kagawads—Toneth, Jay-ar, John Vincent, and Leslie (kinaya kahit lilima)! To the ever-supportive Barangay Councils, led by Punong Barangay Larry Calina as well as his active Barangay Konsehals, thank you for giving us the permission to have this event.

To the maintenance team, the Barangay Tanods, for making the event secured. To the food committees, dagiti Babbalasang ti Laud, your service for the event's food made us alive and energized—agyamankami kadakayo.

We would also like to give an appreciation to the Lights and Sound team and the Stage and Tables team, thank you for making our venue the most majestic place ever.

The Inter-Barangay Basketball Tournament hosted by both Sangguniang Kabataan and Barangay Council of Rivadavia ended with a blast as Barangay Marozo hailed as the Champions in the said category this year's Rivadavia Fiesta.

Team Rivadavia failed to secure their podium spot in the Battle for Third as they struggle with San Pedro's shots and defense. However, an "aberya" happened in the mid-quarter as Calina of Rivadavia and San Pedro's Bueno heated up inside the court, made the former team's out of pace in the play.

Rivadavia's Lozano and Cabreros' combination plays together with the unforced errors of Cabanting did not match the energy of Navarro and Del Castillo with their jump shots and threes, leaving their scores behind, 65-40.

In the championship match, Marozo made a fast debut as they abandoned their opponents with a 12-point lead. With a good play of Gasmen, the Finals MVP, as well as Almario's rebounds, San Jose's team struggled to catch up.

However, Velasco and Abarientios of San Jose slammed their three-point shots, turning their scores to lead on the second quarter. That did not disturb Gasmen's calmness as he continuously giving pride to their team.

During the third quarter, Hilado of San Jose went to the bench for a sudden injury but also stepped back to the court after the time out. San Jose's team somehow struggled to win a score but managed to make the gap close.

Marozo did not stutter for the consecutive threes of San Jose when Gasmen and Almario moved a combination play catching the scores of Velasco and Hilado. It lead into a deadlock but Marozo still managed to find a hole, making them the Champions of this year's Barangay Rivadavia Fiesta, 90-88.
