Today, July 22, 2026, the Office of Hon. SBM Michael Velasco conducted a Meal Outreach Program at the Ilocos Sur District Hospital, Narvacan (ISDHN) for the hospital's staff and patients. Along with the distribution of meals, hygiene kits were also provided to support the health and personal care needs of the recipients.

The outreach reflects the office's continued commitment to promoting compassion and community service by recognizing the dedication of healthcare workers while extending care and encouragement to patients. Through the sharing of meals and essential hygiene kits, the initiative served as a simple yet meaningful gesture of appreciation, support, and solidarity.

The Office of Hon. SBM Michael Velasco extends its sincere gratitude to Dr. Enrique Pocholo D. Baquiran, Provincial Officer I, and Ma'am Melyn Jane N.
