The public is hereby warned against engaging in any business transactions with Kittly Corporation, L&C Group of Companies, Daddly, and Hugotero Clothing. These entities are owned and operated by Loraine Paula Bautista-Saliva and Cedrick Valenzuela-Saliva, with board members identified as Lara Paula Bautista-Santos and Kevin Paul Carpio-Bautista of Brgy. Tibig, Bulakan, Bulacan.
Reports from over 300 victims indicate that this family-run corporation has orchestrated a large-scale financial fraud through a "Partner-Investing Business" scheme. The total estimated losses from hundreds of victims exceed Php400 million.
The scheme operated under the following fraudulent pretenses:
Guaranteed High Returns: Investors were promised a monthly Return on Investment (ROI) of 7% to 10%.
Ponzi Structure: Victims reveal that these payouts were not derived from legitimate business operations. Instead, the entity functioned as a classic Ponzi scheme, utilizing capital from new investors to pay the returns of earlier investors.
The individuals involved have reportedly terminated all communication and are actively evading accountability by refusing to face their investors by all means.
