Vigilance and Unity: Nasugbu Municipal Jail, PNP Lead Joint Greyhound Operation
As part of the sustained implementation of the programs of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) to uphold order and security within jail facilities, the Nasugbu Municipal Jail, under the proactive leadership of JSINSP ARIS G AQUINO, Jail Warden, conducted a Joint Greyhound Operation in coordination with personnel from the Philippine National Police (PNP) on June 3, 2026.
During the operation, jail and police personnel conducted systematic body searches of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) and performed thorough inspections of cell areas and personal belongings. The activity was carried out with strict adherence to established protocols and with full respect for the rights and dignity of the PDLs.
The Joint Greyhound Operation forms part of the BJMP’s continuing campaign against illegal drugs and other prohibited items, reinforcing its commitment to maintaining a safe, orderly, and drug-free environment within the facility.
