𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬: 𝗕𝗶𝗣𝗦𝗨 𝗨𝗡𝗩𝗘𝗜𝗟𝗦 𝗜𝗧𝗦 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗖𝗘𝗦!

Biliran Province State University marked another significant milestone with the successful Inauguration and Blessing of the New Center for Learning Resources (CLR) on October 15, 2026.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Maximo C. Aljibe, CHED Regional Director, Ms. Hazel D. Martinez, DICT Provincial Officer, Hon. Prince Carl Palconit, Student Regent, and Dr. Victor C. Cañezo, Jr., BiPSU President, together with the University's deans, directors, faculty, staff, and students. The new library facilities were also formally blessed, marking a meaningful beginning for a space dedicated to knowledge, discovery, and academic excellence.

More than just a modern facility, the new Center for Learning Resources reflects BiPSU's continued commitment to providing an innovative, accessible, and conducive environment for learning, research, and collaboration. With its enhanced facilities and thoughtfully designed spaces, the CLR opens greater opportunities for academic growth and meaningful learning experiences.

The BiPSU Center for Learning Resources extends its heartfelt gratitude to the University Administration, headed by President Dr. Victor C. Cañezo, Jr., and the BiPSU Board of Regents, for their steadfast support, leadership, and commitment to making this vision a reality. Special recognition and sincere appreciation are extended to WITS for their expertise, dedication, and invaluable contribution in transforming the Center for Learning Resources into a modern, functional, and welcoming learning environment.

Sincere appreciation is also extended to everyone who contributed to the preparation and success of this momentous occasion.

The 90s Jam brought back the beats, moves, and unforgettable vibes of the '90s as Group 5 grooved its way to 1st Runner-Up in the Dance and Songs of the Decades Competition during the Faculty and Employees Talent Show!

Congratulations to Group 5, composed of the Library, Registrar, Sports, SDSO, and Internationalization Office!

Different offices, one rhythm, and a whole lot of '90s energy!

We came for the throwback, stayed for the groove, and brought home the win!

The Center for Learning Resources (CLR) was among the facilities visited by Dr. Nguyen Ha Huy Cuong, Director of the Software Development Centre, University of Da Nang, Vietnam, and the accompanying delegation during their campus tour at Biliran Province State University (BiPSU).

The visit offered a glimpse into the University's enhanced library environment, featuring modern facilities, thoughtfully designed learning spaces, and resources envisioned to enrich the academic experience of the BiPSU community.

With the opening of the enhanced Center for Learning Resources drawing near, the visit provided an opportunity to showcase the University's continuing efforts to strengthen its learning infrastructure and create a more dynamic, accessible, and innovative environment for teaching, learning, research, and collaboration.
