ADVISORY FOR ALL Literacy Training Service Students

Regular classes will proceed on September 6–7, 2025, with focus on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Awareness (DRRMA)—a key topic under the Common Specific Module as mandated by RA 9163 (NSTP Law).

All students are required to download and secure a copy of Republic Act No. 10121, also known as the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act of 2010, which serves as the principal law governing DRRM in the country.

Please be guided by the following reminders:
Attire: White shirt, black pants, and rubber shoes.
Provisions: Bring your own snacks and water. Buying meals during class hours will not be allowed.
Coordination: Communicate with your respective Facilitators for specific group details and requirements.

• Dark maong Pants. (Tattered pants are prohibited)
• Black buckled belt (with silver buckle)
• Rubber shoes(𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲/𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸) w/ shoelace and white socks
■ Bring the following:
• Pocket notebook
• Red, Blue, & Black Ballpen
• White handkerchief
• SNACKS and WATER BOTTLE
■ Note:
• For 𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲, haircut 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧 be 3x4 Army Cut.
• Facial hair must be shaved.

• For 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲, hair should be tied neatly in a bun with gel and hairnet or arranged neatly if boy cut.
• Unnatural hair color and cosmetics are prohibited.

• Strictly no accessories. Do not bring valuables and important belongings.
• Don't forget to eat your breakfast before reporting

• Equivalent consequences and demerit will be imposed on those who will arrive late.

ADVISORY

The Literacy Training Service (LTS) classes will resume this weekend with a focus on Drug Education, a mandatory topic under the Common Specific Module of Republic Act 9163 (NSTP Law).

All students are required to download and read in advance Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). These materials will serve as the primary references for the training session.

Pants
Shoes

Please be guided that the Sunday class on August 31, 2025 will be rescheduled due to the University’s Founding Anniversary activities. All affected LTS groups are advised to coordinate with their respective Facilitators for updates and the new class schedule.

ADVISORY FOR ALL LTS STUDENTS

In compliance with Memorandum Order No. 121, s. 2025 issued by the Office of the President, all students enrolled under the Literacy Training Service (LTS) component of the National Service Training Program (NSTP) are hereby instructed to coordinate closely with their respective Facilitators for the full implementation of the Flexible Learning delivery mode.

This directive ensures that all LTS students receive proper guidance on class schedules, course requirements, and lesson activities to effectively carry out the intended learning outcomes. Facilitators will provide clear instructions on learning tasks, submission protocols, assessment procedures, and other academic responsibilities aligned with the course objectives for each session.

All students are strongly advised to maintain open communication with their assigned Facilitators and to regularly monitor official announcements to avoid any lapses or delays in compliance.
