The activity aimed to strengthen disaster preparedness and awareness among students and staff, emphasizing the importance of knowing what to do before, during, and after an earthquake.

โ€ŽThe ๐‘ฎ๐’“๐’‚๐’…๐’† 12 ๐’”๐’•๐’–๐’…๐’†๐’๐’•๐’” actively participated in the morning drill at 9:00 ๐ด๐‘€, while the ๐‘ฎ๐’“๐’‚๐’…๐’† 11 ๐’”๐’•๐’–๐’…๐’†๐’๐’•๐’” took part in the afternoon session at 4:00 ๐‘ƒ๐‘€. Both groups showed discipline, alertness, and cooperation in performing the โ€œ๐˜‹๐˜ถ๐˜ค๐˜ฌ, ๐˜Š๐˜ฐ๐˜ท๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ, ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ ๐˜๐˜ฐ๐˜ญ๐˜ฅโ€ procedure, as well as during the evacuation and assembly process.

Everyone promptly followed the โ€œ๐๐ฎ๐œ๐ค, ๐œ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐โ€ procedure and safely evacuated to their designated areas. This unplanned drill served as a valuable reminder that disasters strike without warning โ€” and preparedness can save lives.

Lizan Senior High School actively joined the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill for the 3rd quarter, ensuring that students and staff are ready in case of emergencies. Through the โ€˜Duck, Cover, and Holdโ€™ practice, everyone learned the importance of quick response and discipline during an earthquake. Together, we build a culture of safety and resilience!โ€
