๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐ง๐ฌ โ Strengthening its commitment to bring responsive and accessible civil service programs closer to local governments, the Civil Service Commission National Capital Region (CSC NCR), led by ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐๐๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฎ๐ถ๐, paid a courtesy visit to the Navotas City Government on 15 September 2026.

During the meeting, Bragais shared the โCSC NCR Forwardโ vision, which underscores the regional officeโs commitment to being more present, accessible, and responsive to the needs of government agencies and public servants across Metro Manila. She emphasized that bringing CSC programs, technical assistance, and services closer to local government units helps strengthen partnerships and build greater trust and confidence in government institutions.
The discussion also opened opportunities for deeper collaboration in learning and development and human resource management. Padolina expressed interest in CSC NCRโs upcoming training programs and seminars, as well as activities related to the Philippine Civil Service Anniversary. The officials likewise exchanged insights on current HR initiatives and strategies to further strengthen the administrative capacity of the city government.

The visit forms part of CSC NCRโs continuing efforts to strengthen its engagement with local government units across the National Capital Region, bringing civil service policies, HR technical assistance, and capacity-building opportunities closer to the people and institutions they are intended to serve.
