To all barcode registrants who were not able to receive their library barcode, kindly message the NPC Library Page with your Full Name, Course, Year, and Student Number so we can send your barcode.

📌 Please print the barcode in 1.5 cm size and attach it to your Library Card for easier log in and log out transactions in the library.

📌 Note: Only registered students will be provided with a barcode.

📢 NPC Library Announcement

To improve the monitoring of library usage and make the log-in and log-out process faster, the NPC Library will implement a Barcode-Based Library Attendance System.
Students who frequently use the library are encouraged to register for a personal library barcode.
Once registered, your 6-digit Student Number will be converted into a barcode that will be used when entering and exiting the library.

📌 Registration Details:
• Fill out the online registration form (please use your institutional email address to access the link).
• Your Student Number will serve as your Library Barcode
• The library will generate and issue your barcode for scanning at the entrance and exit
This system will help the library maintain accurate records of library usage and improve services for students.

⏳ Processing Time
Barcode generation and preparation will take up to three (3) days starting from the date you registered in the Google Form.

🏷 Claiming of Barcode
The schedule for claiming the library barcode will be announced on the NPC Library Official page once the barcodes are ready.
Please bring the following when claiming:
• Your Library Card
• Your Student ID

The barcode label will be attached to your library card and will be used for scanning when entering and exiting the library.

📌 Important Reminders
• Only registered students will be issued a library barcode.
• Please bring your library card with barcode whenever you visit the library.
• The barcode will be scanned for Time In and Time Out.
