1. A bona fide resident of New Bataan
2. Must be an incoming 1st-year college student up to an incoming 4th-year college student for Academic Year 2026-2027
3. Must have at least 80% GWA
4. Studying within Mindanao
5. Belonged to an indigent family with a combined annual income not exceeding 189,128.00

4. Out-of-school Youth (OSY) Certification issued by Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) for OSY applicants only

The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board - XI, after a thorough review and evaluation of the existing socio-economic conditions and consultations with various agencies and the general public, issues ๐–๐€๐†๐„ ๐Ž๐‘๐ƒ๐„๐‘ ๐๐Ž. ๐‘๐ ๐—๐ˆ-๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’.

Under the new Wage Order, minimum wage earners in the private sector in the ๐ง๐จ๐ง-๐š๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐ฌ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ will receive a ๐๐ก๐ฉ ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ.๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ increase per day, divided into two tranches.

On the other hand, workers in the ๐š๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐ฌ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ will receive a ๐๐ก๐ฉ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ.๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ increase per day, also divided into two tranches.

The Wage Order will take effect on ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐œ๐ก ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, which will grant the first tranche of increase of ๐๐ก๐ฉ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“.๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ for the non-agriculture sector and ๐๐ก๐ฉ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ.๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ for the agriculture sector.

The second tranche of increase will take effect on ๐’๐ž๐ฉ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”.
