The Barangay Council of Guinbaliwan, New Washington Aklan headed by Punong Barangay Leah Quimpo Ramirez, successfully attended the ALGAI Seminar-Workshop on Accountability and Responsibility for Barangay/Sangguniang Kabataan Funds and Property. Held on August 3–4, 2026, at Punta Villa Resort, Iloilo City.

This valuable learning opportunity strengthened our knowledge and skills in proper financial management, accountability, transparency, and the responsible stewardship of public funds and government property.

The Barangay Council remains committed to continuous learning and capacity-building to ensure efficient, transparent, and quality public service for every resident of Barangay Guinbaliwan.
